Building products, chasing goals, figuring it out as I go.

Hi there! I'm Lizzie. By day, I'm a Digital Product Owner (ex Management Consultant). Outside of work I'm a keen (and very amateur) runner and hiker who also loves travelling. I created this blog to share the wins, lessons and stumbles along the way from all areas of my life.

A little bit about me.

I'm a Digital Product Owner at Jetstar, where I lead Club Jetstar initiatives focused on getting and keeping members.

I started out in marketing, moved into strategic insights, then management consulting, and eventually found my jam as a product owner. My approach is pretty straightforward: let the data show you what customers actually need before you decide what to build. Understand the behaviour, spot the friction, then define and deliver the solution.

I'm a bit of an AI enthusiast. I use it for prototyping, vibe coding, and building automations that help me work faster and test ideas sooner.

Outside of work, you'll find me running, hiking, discovering new cafes/bars or planning the next trip.

Based in Melbourne, Australia
